Capano Homes was founded in 1994 by Joseph M. Capano, after 20 years experience in the home construction field, that include a long family history of experience in land acquistions, land development, construction, rental units and home sales. His father, Louis Capano, Sr. began this family legacy back in 1947 as a well-known and respected leader in the home-building business.

Today, Capano Homes continues this family tradition of quality construction with a strong commitment to the community. This dedication is demonstrated through our active involvement and support of a wide variety of professional and charitable organizations. In addition to serving on the board of the Mary Campbell Center, Joseph Capano is a Life Director of the National Association of Home Builders, an active member of the distinguished Committee of 100, and past president of the Home Builders Association.
